This is the entry level Certificate to work in the Aged Care sector. The course is designed to equip students to provide physical and social support to individuals in a variety of settings: hostels, nursing homes and home and community care. As an entry level course it is suited to people who wish to gain work in the field or as a pathway to further education in aged, disability or community work. This course is conducted in conjunction with a number of with Registered Training Organisation's.

The main aim of this program is to give opportunities to Registered Nurses to access education for professional development via flexible delivery mode in rehabiliation. A program is also offered for Enrolled Nurses.

Enhancing Stroke Care - module CN209

The stroke module, funded and endorsed by VSCN was specifically developed primarily for clinicians caring for patients with stroke, or at risk of stroke. It will provide an opportunity for health professionals to use evidence-based practice consistent with national stroke guidelines when caring for stroke survivors. It is a 12-week flexible delivery module and is offered via distance mode.
