These presentations are open to Healthcare clinicians in the Grampians region. The presentations are delivered virtually via MS teams. Presenters come from all fields of medicine across many disciplines.

Emergency Medicine Education and Training
The Grampians Health Emergency Department in Ballarat is an ACEM EMET approved site. Medical staff interested in increasing their emergency skills and knowledge can, during their rotation, undertake the Emergency Medicine Certificate (EMC), Diploma (EMD) and the Emergency medicine Advanced Diploma (EMAD). This program is applicable for Residents and Registrars and often completed by GP Registrars when on rotation. Community GPs may also be eligible to enrol, contact us to discuss.

EMET Funding allows for the delivery of Clinical Workshops within the Grampians region. These workshops are targeted towards GP, Nurse Practitioners and Urgent Care Nurses with RACGP category 2 accreditation.
