Wearing masks
Earlier this week Ballarat Health Services introduced the use of masks to further protect the most vulnerable members of our community – our patients and residents.
Masks must now be worn by people over the age of 18 years, who are coming to our sites for outpatient appointments such as rehabilitation, outpatient, radiology, diagnostic services, physiotherapy, emergency treatment, and any visitors who have been granted permission to attend on compassionate grounds.
The wearing of a mask reducing the risk of spreading or contracting the coronavirus, which further protects the most vulnerable members of our community – our patients and residents.
You will be supplied with a mask if you do not have your own.
