The volunteers assigned to Grampians BreastScreen meet and greet clients as they enter and support them during their time spent in the clinic. Wednesday is Assessment Clinic day and the nominated day for clients who are required to revisit for further investigation.

During their shift at Grampians BreastScreen Assessment clinics, our volunteers offer comfort and a friendly, non-clinical and welcoming presence for clients, their carers and their families. The volunteers also provide invaluable support to the staff in the clinic on the day and are a constant and consistently approachable presence in the rooms.
