Exercise Physiologists specialise in developing exercise programs for people with a broad range of health issues including chronic health conditions, physical injuries, degenerative diseases and more.
These interventions are exercise-based and can include health and physical activity, education, advice and support.

- Or a combination of the above
Our therapists can also assist you to start a program in the community.

- Musculoskeletal disease (including arthritis, osteoporosis/osteopenia, acute and/or chronic musculoskeletal issues)

- Loss of function
- Balance
How can you access this service?
You will need a referral.
This can come from any medical staff such as your specialist or GP. Others who can refer you include nurses and Allied Health Staff such as Physiotherapists.
After the referral is received, you will be contacted by our staff for an appointment.
