Ballarat Adult Community Teams (25 - 64 years)

The adult community mental health teams provide a comprehensive mental health assessment, short-term treatment/care interventions for people with mental illness in crisis and ongoing support for people with prolonged and severe mental illness, who may require longer periods of treatment and support.

We provide short, medium and long-term care and treatment for people in crisis and for those with severe and enduring mental illness.

The services work in partnership with the consumer and their family, utilising a recovery framework. 

All referrals to the Ballarat Adult Community Services are made through the Access and Triage Service on
